Why should I have a Website Care Plan?

Whether you are using WordPress or any other platform, Care Plans are a partnership to end managing website issues so you can focus elsewhere and always have good advice to call on. From security to the speed of your site, expert guidance will put you in a place of success.

You need a Care Plan because every time you go to do anything, something is broken or needs time you don’t have. And you have questions about how to do what you want to start with. Care Plans are preventative maintenance and forward movement.

Over time, most websites have needs and it’s good to have someone you can call for even a random project. I do one-time projects, but those with Care Plans are getting my attention and time first.

How does payment work?

Website care plans can be paid monthly by credit card, or annually at a 5% discount. Monthly payments are preferred to be by credit card, but I will work with you on what you need.

What if I don’t have the budget for this but need help?

I encourage anyone who has read this far and isn’t sure what to do or needs help badly to reach out on my contact page or make an appointment. We’ll see if we can set you on the right path, or maybe answer your immediate questions. I also offer a monthly newsletter and publish on website topics.

I will sometimes deal in barter when the situation is right.

I can also work with you to obtain grant funding for this work. So if you don’t have money today but think in those terms, let’s talk.

What can I get help with?

Jeremy provides hands-on website production and technical support, higher level reporting and consulting, and execution of online marketing and selling strategies. Pretty much anything websites, business automation or AI.

When is support available?

I keep regular business hours of 9-5 EST, but often work random hours to suit a good meeting times for clients and provide support when it’s needed. Clients are welcome to text or call me anytime knowing I will respond ASAP.

What if I don’t have WordPress?

I love WordPress for clients, but it’s not the full solution for many. In farming, I see a lot of WordPress or Shopify with Square as the POS. Whatever the CMS or Shopping Cart software you have, I can work with it to keep you moving.

Do the Care Plans with hours roll over from month to month?

Yes, and no. If we plan it so it is mutually beneficial, then yes. If you ask for 10 months of hours to be done immediately, it may be hard. I’ll do what I can for Care Plan clients, but as always, reach out as soon as you can with your projects.

What if I need to cancel my subscription?

I ask for 30 days notice with no long-term commitments. I will happily cancel any subscription and wish you well by finishing any work and duties and releasing any of the documents we’ve made for you.

What if you are not available in an emergency?

I am rarely away from work for long, and usually have a “site-sitter” watching the shop if someone has an emergency.

Clients also have emergency contacts and process in The WOM (Website Operation Manual), which is now in your Internet Farmer AI tool. You can also reach out to the host of your website.
